Full remodel of a 1,200-sf residence with a 430-sf Master Suite addition, and 330-sf Garage ADU conversion. Designed for a Real Estate Developer, the Design, Drawing, and Permit phases had to be turned around quickly, while navigating West Hollywood code and new ADU regulations.
